What is preserved flower?

Preserved Flower is a real natural flower that preserved from freshcut flower, mainly preserved floral materials imported from Japan. With the maturity of their preservation technologies from Japan, we are proudly to enjoy preserved flower arrangement that will not wither over years. A real natural flower that without any form of care like fresh flower.

Who are we?

We are beyond a traditional Florist that curated the imported Preserved Flower in to a form of meaningful floral arrangements for most of the occasions. We are modern Florist and our customization crafting will uplift your floral and gift value.

Are you preserved the flower by your own?

No, we are not preserving any form of fresh flower into preserved flower. We only use imported preserved flower for all crafting arrangement.

Are all your products handmade/ handcrafted item?

Yes, majority of our floral arrangements are handcrafted.

How to take care of preserved bouquet when I received it?
  • Do not water the bouquet
  • Do not put directly under the sun
  • Do not place at a humid area such as store room, nearby toilet
  • If bouquet surface contain dust, just use hairdryer with slow mode to blow away the dust will do.
How to take care of bell jar arrangement when I received it?
All preserved flower arrangement inside bell jar can be last more than expected years as the arrangement keepsake inside a jar with less oxidation.
How to take care of the frame arrangement when I received it?
All preserved flower arrangement crafted inside the frame arrangement can be last more than expected years as the arrangement keepsake inside the frame with less oxidation.
How should I order?
You may place order from the webstore directly. We strongly recommend all customers to chat with us first before place any customization order. Am I receiving the arrangement same exactly like photo show from the website?
Although most of our arrangements can be home décor, but it is a pure handcrafted a arrangement with floral materials that made each piece a slight different from each piece. Having to say that, it will not be 100% as it is not duplicated from factory, each piece is solely crafted by our in-house florist.
Can I change/ exchange if the arrangement that I received not what I expected?
As mentioned above, all crafting will have slight different from each piece. If you mind on this, please think twice before order as we do not accept exchange/ refund with this reason.
Any refund/ exchange if the arrangement that I received is not up to my expectation?
As mentioned above, all crafting will have slight different from each piece. If you mind on this, please think twice before order as we do not accept exchange/ refund with this reason unless we deliver a different order such as different from color, doll, miss out or extra which not acceptable from your end, we will be responsible to refund/ exchange to meet your expectation.
Any refund if I would like to cancel my order?

All payment made without any form of acceptable reason, cancellation is not allow and not refundable and not exchangeable as all our crafting is handcrafted, especially all customization orders are not allow to cancel or exchange once payment made. Kindly contact us ASAP should you have any changes, we will try our best to accommodate the change if we able to make it. Hence, kindly ensure your final order is firm with your decision before you checkout your order.

Order cancelled 1 month prior to the delivery date with accepted reason, 80% out of the total payment is refundable, 20% not refundable for penalty and processing fee. 

Order cancelled 2 weeks prior to the delivery date with accepted reason, 70% out of the total payment is refundable, 30% not refundable for penalty and processing fee. 

Order cancelled 7 days prior to the delivery date with accepted reason, 50% out of the total payment is refundable, 50% not refundable for penalty and processing fee. 

Order cancelled 3 days prior to the delivery date with accepted reason, there will be no refund.

Any refund/ exchange if the arrangement received via postage is broken or breakages?

We will do one on one exchange on the breakages of bell jar, frame and jewelry box that causes from the transit of postage with providing us the proof of the breakages with parcel packing.

There will be no exchange if we identify the breakages isn’t caused from the transit of the courier service.

In any case of broken on floral materials, flower isn’t in good condition when received that caused by the courier service during transit, you will be needed post back the broken item to us and we will immediate arrange a new one to you with no surcharge.

There will be no exchange if we identify the broken on the floral arrangement isn’t caused from the transit of the courier service.

No refund to be made on this case.

Any refund if I would like to cancel my order?

Any refund if the arrangement that I order was informed sold out which not listed from website? If yes, how long will it take to do refund?

YES, we do apologize on the shortage of product in short notice as crafting on customization sometimes affected the availability of the product listed and unable to update from time to time. Hence, we again remind customer to contact us before you place order to check the availability of the product.

We do FULL REFUND when you have made payment but we short notice you the product is not available and the option that we offer is not up to your selection.

REFUND process will take 3-5 working days from the day that we agreed on this refund.

Can I customize my order?

YES of course you can customize your order. Kindly contact us and make us understand your inquiries on the customize order and we will quote you accordingly.

If I would like to change my delivery details, how should I do it?

Please contact us before 36 hours of your delivery/ postage day so we can make the necessarily change.

Failure to inform the change within the timeline requested will occurred service charge and bounce back delivery/ postage that occurred another delivery/ postage will be chargeable.

How should I track my order and how I know that you have post out my order?

You will be given the tracking number and which courier service that we are using from the checkout page. You can trace your parcel from the system accordingly.

If my parcel isn’t reach within the given suggested timing? What should I do?

Firstly you may trace your parcel accordingly from EasyParcel, if the status is updating, kindly wait for your parcel to be delivered to you by the courier service. Any update/ change, you may contact the respective courier service to make arrangement.

Please inform us that your parcel have no any update from the tracking system, and you are yet to receive your parcel after 3 working days (WM), 5 working days (EM), please contact us immediately so our team can assist to trace the parcel status accordingly.

Any compensation on the delay of the delivery or postage?

We are using third party courier service which unable us to control their delivery timing.

Can I get any discount if I order another piece?

Normally we will be giving a courtesy discount for a bulk order. Kindly contact us for further details.
